Submission Guidelines

To be considered as a speaker, please be prepared to submit the following via our online portal by October 31, 2025:

  1. Brief biography highlighting your relevant experience
  2. Brief summary of your proposed presentation
  3. Any supporting materials (e.g., previous speaking engagements, publications)

Selection Process

Our review committee will evaluate all submissions based on relevance, originality, and potential impact. Accepted speakers will be notified no later than November 21, 2026.

CyberBay 2026 is university-affiliated and, as such, focuses on education as a public service. No consideration is or will be given based on past, current, or future sponsorship. Speaking is voluntary. This is a nonprofit event, with the majority of costs subsidized by Cyber Florida at USF and Bellini Capital to keep it affordable and accessible to government employees, small businesses, students, and young professionals. Travel stipends may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are limited to available funds, with priority consideration given to nonprofit-affiliated speakers.
