Sessions will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis between now and October 30, so presenters are encouraged to submit their proposals sooner rather than later. Judging criteria will focus on three key areas:
- Significance: Originality, innovation, and the speaker’s level of expertise
- Relevance: Timeliness and utility to our audience, does it address current and future challenges and trends, and provide actionable knowledge or skills
- Engagement: Does the presentation use time effectively and include opportunities for audience engagement beyond Q&A
